Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
2. Refund Window
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid charge and have completed no more than one coaching session, you may request a full refund of that first payment.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
- Subsequent renewal payments after the first 7 days.
- One-off purchases that have been delivered or consumed.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email globe.corp.office@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund Request". Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
