Welcome to Blue Life Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Coaching Services
Blue Life Coaching provides a platform connecting clients with independent life coaches. Coaches are not employees of Blue Life Coaching. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and coaching is not a substitute for therapy or professional treatment.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
- You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) harass, abuse, or harm another person; (c) impersonate anyone; (d) interfere with the Service; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, excluding user-generated content, is owned by Blue Life Coaching or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from coaching sessions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Life Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international and local law where the Service is offered.
